Seller's Guide
1. Submission of Accreditation Form and Requirements
Submit the filled-in Broker/Agent Accreditation Form, with the following requirements, to Ropi Head Office:
• Photocopy of PRC License (if Broker), Photocopy of PRC ID (if Agent)
• Photocopy of BIR Certification
• 2x2 ID Photo
• Notarized Accreditation Contract (provided by ROPI)
2. Product Briefing & Site Orientation
Once all requirements are submitted, you will get an invite to a scheduled Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) and site orientation to familiar yourself with the ROPI Development.
Keep in touch with your ROPI Sales& Marketing Team to get updates on the prices, inventory and promos of the project you are selling.
