Buyer's Guide
1. Project Presentation
Inquire about your preferred project and/or house model through our official website or online channels or through our accredited Property Consultant. You may also chat with ROPI Chat Expert by clicking on that chat button at the lower part of your screen.
The presentation includes information such as an overview of the property available in Vista Rosa, location of the property, road networks and places of interests in the area, existing or proposed amenities and available house models and its selling price and financing scheme.
2. Property Visit
The Vista Rosa property is visited by the Buyer with an accredited ROPI Seller for a better appreciation of the project of Royale Properties Inc.
Once the ROPI Seller has given you all the relevant information, request for a free site viewing to see the actual property location and house model units.
3. Reservation of the Unit
Select the block & lot of the project that you wish to purchase. And the Buyer will be asked to fill-out the necessary details in Buyer’s Information Sheet, and Reservation Agreement.
The reservation will be formalized once the reservation fee is settled.
4. Marketing & Admin Briefing
Once settled, the Buyer will be given a briefing conducted by a Marketing and Admin Officer.
The brief will cover discussion of ROPI reservation process, documentary requirements, step-by-step process prior to move-in or house turnover, housing and administrative policies and the timeline.
5. Submission of Requirements
After the briefing submission of duly filled-out forms, the Buyer will be given ample time upon reservation to submit necessary documents (as required) that varies depending on employment status (if Locally Employed, Self-employed, or OFW) and financing option.
6. Turnover of Your Unit
Once the house construction is finished and provided all finances are settled, the ROPI property is delivered to Buyer on a date specified in the Reservation Agreement.
Prior to move-in, the Buyer and ROPI, the house and lot developer, will conduct a joint inspection of the unit due for turnover to confirm that all commitments are delivered.
