History

Founded in 2016, Royale Properties builds family homes in emerging business districts south of
Metro Manila. We aspire to build communities near places of work, study, and recreation.

Royale Properties’ first project, Vista Rosa, is an economic housing residential complex of 317
homes and 24 shophouses in vibrant Biñan, Laguna. In 2020, Royale Properties will launch a
neighboring development featuring nine stylish townhomes called The Nines.
